Platform purpose
Camps & Tours is a marketplace that connects sports teams with training camps and tour destinations. The platform facilitates discovery and enquiries between teams and providers. Camps & Tours is not a party to any booking contract concluded between teams and providers.
For providers (resort owners and travel agents)
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you list, including pricing, availability and facilities.
- You are the direct contracting party for any booking made by a team.
- Subscription plans and limits are described on the pricing page.
For teams
Teams may search, compare and enquire about training camps free of charge. See the dedicated team terms for details.
No booking fees
Camps & Tours does not charge commission on bookings. Communication and contracting happen directly between the team and the provider.
Liability
Camps & Tours acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for the quality, safety or fulfilment of services delivered by listed providers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in 's-Hertogenbosch, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
