How do I search for training camps?
Use the search bar on our homepage to search by location, facilities, or specific requirements. You can also use the filter panel to narrow down by sport, country, facilities, quality tier, and budget.
How does the Free plan work?
The Free plan allows you to list a limited number of training camps at no cost. No credit card needed. Upgrade anytime from your dashboard to get more camps and leads.
What is the difference between Resort Owner and Travel Agent?
Resort Owners list their own facility. Travel Agents list camps from multiple resorts they have agreements with, creating curated packages for teams.
Can I list multiple camps?
Yes. The number of camps you can list depends on your subscription tier. Paid tiers offer significantly more camp slots and leads.
How do teams contact me about my camp?
Teams submit an enquiry through the platform. You receive an email notification and can view all enquiries in your Provider Dashboard.
Can I edit my camp listing after publishing?
Yes, you can update your camp information, photos, and availability at any time through your provider dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Payment is processed securely during the subscription checkout process.
